"There are people from all corners of the corporate world (and other sectors) that care deeply about our environment, and are keen to do whatever they can to limit climate change. Also, this project is a little less daunting and a lot more fun with the support of a group.
The field manual is an excellent resource before, during and after the Field Trip. I enjoyed the challenge of making a microvideo. I think the ZAP Faculty is an outstanding group of people. "The program was a real eye opener for me, I thought I was already doing plenty to reduce my carbon footprint but I now realise there is obviously much more needed to do. The Faculty on the trip were amazingly supportive and made everyone feel that they can make a difference. The activities on the reef meant that we all had first hand experience and made us more aware of the fragility of the reef rather then just viewing it on video footage. We all need to look at each aspect of out lives and make changes now."
