Terms and Conditions Cowboys Prize Draw

1. The Competition  

  1. The title of the competition is Great Barrier Reef Foundation Cowboys Prize Draw
  2. There is one prize available consisting of two (2) tickets to the 'Scott-your-Thurston'' bar at the Cowboys vs. Storm game, Saturday 28th March 2026, Queensland Country Bank Stadium, Townsville AND two (2) Cowboys Merchandise Packs. 
  3. Your prize is for two (2) adults only and is not transferable, available for sale or redeemable for cash.
  4. Winner must respond to the winner notification email within one week of receipt. Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize, and a new winner will be selected. 
  5. Prize must be redeemed within the validity period or prize will be forfeited. (prize is valid until 28th March 2026).  

2. The Promoters 

  1. The promoters are: 
  • i. Great Barrier Reef Foundation of Level 6/88 Tribune Street, South Brisbane, QLD 4101, Australia; and

3. Drawing and Winner Notification  

  1. The Raffle draw will take place at approximately 6:00pm AEST on the Event Date.  
  2. Winners will be selected by random draw from all valid entries.  
  3. The Promoters reserve the right to select an alternate winner at random if the Foundation determines, in their sole discretion that a winner does not comply with these Terms & Conditions, or where they have reasonable grounds to believe a winner will not comply with these Terms and Conditions.  

4. Data Protection 

  1. The Foundation will only process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. 
  2. By entering the competition, you consent to the Foundation collecting and processing your personal information for the purposes of administering and promoting the raffle, contacting winners, verifying eligibility, and facilitating prize distribution. 

5. General  

  1. The Great Barrier Reef Foundation reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition or these terms and conditions at any time without notice. 
  2. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
